English Writing Lessons
While the English grammar section will cover the rules and structures for organizing words and phrases into sentences, the English writing section will cover reading, writing, and analyzing information and works written in English. The lessons will also examine topics that English students will encounter such as punctuation, idiomatic expressions, applications of grammar rules to writing, and writing style and analysis.

Lesson 2: Introduction to Idioms and Idiomatic Expressions
What are idioms and idiomatic expressions? How are they used in English? This lesson will provide an introduction by defining idioms and idiomatic expressions in English. Five idiomatic expressions and example sentences will be examined and discussed.

A continuation of six idiomatic expressions and example sentences will be examined and discussed.
The six idiomatic expressions will be:

A continuation of six idiomatic expressions and example sentences will be examined and discussed.
The six idiomatic expressions will be:

- To tie the knot
- To keep an eye on something
- To drop by
- To follow up on something
- To take the plunge
